I am a passionate wine geek who has been working as a terroir consultant in the world of wine since 2001. It has given me the chance to travel the world, to work in incredible places and terroirs, and to be privileged to work closely with the best viticulturists and winemakers anybody can dream of.
As a result, I have enjoyed a journey tasting the most brilliant wines made, which has allowed me to understand terroir and its connection with what is expressed in the glass.
I have learnt so much from everyone andtruly want to thank them all.
